Krilyx - Account & Data Deletion Request

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policy and user privacy standards, Krilyx users have full right to request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant)

1. Open the Krilyx app on your device.

2. Go to Profile / Settings.

3. Select Delete Account and confirm your request.

Your account, profile information, and active pings will be removed immediately.

Option 2: Web / Email Deletion Request

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request via email:

Send an email to: playoutalpha@gmail.com
Subject line: Krilyx Account Deletion Request
Include in email: Your registered Phone Number (with country code) and Account Display Name so we can locate your record.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Your user profile (Name, Gender, City, DOB, Profile Picture).
Your unique Alliance Code and Ally connections.
Your created Activity Pings and saved spots.
Your direct chat messages.

Data Retention Note

Upon receiving a verified request, your account and associated data will be deleted within 7 days. Security verification logs (if any) may be retained for up to 30 days solely for legal and security compliance before permanent purging.
